With a few simple, well-prepared ingredients, you can whip up a warm, nutritious meal in no time. This quick dish with prawns, courgette, and potatoes is just that. Simple, nutritious, tasty. And all you need? One pan, some fire, and a spoon to stir.

Ingredients for the stir-fry

    1. Prawns (peeled and raw)
    2. Sliced courgette
    3. Boiled potatoes
    4. Olive oil
    5. Salt
Step-by-step preparation
Step 1. Pan on the heat

Heat a splash of olive oil in a cast iron wok over an open fire or a gas burner.

Step 2. Fry the prawns

Add the prawns to the hot pan and fry them briefly until cooked.

Step 3. Add the vegetables

Add the sliced courgette and the boiled potato pieces. Stir everything well and let it cook together until warm and lightly caramelised.

Step 4. Season and serve

Season with a pinch of salt and serve directly from the pan. Warm, simple, and so delicious.

Tip: take everything pre-sliced and portioned in containers or bags. That way, you only need to fry outside.
