Other products

We offer a 2-year guarantee on all our products that are not pans. So if your serving board is damaged or broken, don't hesitate to contact us. The same applies to Skottsberg's cooking accessories. So keep your proof of purchase.

Please note: if you have used your board as a frisbee, we think that is very clever, but this will void the guarantee. The same applies if you drop it, bump it or ignore the instructions for use. Also, if your board is discoloured after use, that is not covered by the guarantee. Just so you know.

How can I report a complaint?

It is of course possible that a delivered item is defective and deviates strongly from what has been agreed.
In that case, please contact us so that we can find a solution together.

We assess: Whether there is a valid complaint. If so, how we will resolve the complaint and how we can prevent the complaint in the future. If you have a complaint, you can contact our customer service [email protected]. A substantive response will be given to the complaint within 14 days of receipt of the complaint.

Are you not satisfied with the handling of your complaint? Then you can submit the complaint to the Disputes Committee via the European ODR Platform (http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/).
