Ingredients for Honey Sriracha Feta Rolls

250 g Greek feta cheese | 6 corn or flour tortillas | 3–4 tsp black pepper | 3–4 tsp French herb seasoning | 3–4 tsp BBQ rub | 6 tsp honey | 6 tsp sriracha | 1 egg yolk | 1 tbsp butter
Cut the feta cheese lengthwise into six pieces.
Place a slice of feta in the tortilla and season with pepper, herbs, and BBQ rub.
Drizzle with honey and sriracha.
Fold the tortilla and baste the edge with egg yolk to keep it closed while cooking.
Heat a cast iron pan and add butter.
Cook the rolls for about 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
Let the rolls cool down for 2-3 minutes and serve.
