Even heat distribution
This Skottsberg cooking pot features a Tri-ply base and body, made up of three layers: an aluminium core sandwiched between high-quality 18/10 stainless steel on the inside and magnetic stainless steel on the outside. The aluminium extends all the way to the rim of the pot, allowing for quick and even heat distribution. Your ingredients cook perfectly, and the risk of sticking is minimal. Thanks to the magnetic outer layer, the pot is suitable for induction, but it also performs flawlessly on gas, ceramic or electric cooktops. Even the oven doesn’t faze it.
