And avoid thermal shock. This will prevent the pan from breaking. So don't heat up a cold pan on full gas and don't put a hot pan under the cold tap. Actually quite simple right? A few more things that make you really have to have this pan: because the bottom of the pan is no less than 2.5 millimetres thick, it is well protected against warping, even when cooking on induction. Just make sure not to overheat the hob straight away, as carbon steel does not like that. You can also put it in the oven with confidence, as there is nothing meltable on it. And the pan is so strong that it is unbreakable and will last a lifetime. Now that's sustainable cooking.

A natural non-stick coating that you can easily restore yourself
Whether you are frying or roasting, preparing vegetables, fish or meat: everything will be tastier thanks to this super pan. There is no synthetic non-stick coating in our pans. That's great for the environment, but also for your health. We have already seasoned it twice for you to create a natural non-stick coating, so you can use it straight away. And: the more often you use it, the better that non-stick coating gets. Should the natural non-stick layer be affected by acidic ingredients, you have the option of seasoning it yourself. This is quick and easy with our seasoning oil.
